We built this one right in the heart of Old Town Steamboat—close to everything, with that great mix of walkability and mountain-town charm.

There are more rules when building in the City and this lift required a tactful approach to the platting, setbacks, and FAR (floor-area-ratio). The vaulted ceilings hit 23 feet in the main living space, so the whole house feels open and airy. Natural light pours in, making every room feel bright and inviting.

We kept the materials simple and timeless: oak floors, rift-cut white oak trim, and quartz countertops. It’s clean, warm, and built for the way its owners actually live.
